Cyclical vs. Linear Time

This year, I am learning about inventions. This week, I learned about pyramids, metal, and coins. I am looking forward to learning about more inventions. Inventions help us do stuff. Inventions solve problems and save energy and time.

Cyclical time rotates between order and chaos. Linear time has a beginning, middle, and end. I believe in linear time because God created everything, and He is coming back to set up His kingdom. I want to make things better on earth for God. If I believed in cyclical time, I would be waiting for chaos. I would not want to build new things that would be destroyed by chaos.

Around 1800, things began to improve quickly. They believed in Linear time, so they wanted to make things better on earth.
